All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars and include all applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of order confirmation will be honored.

4. Orders and Acceptance
Orders are confirmed only after payment verification and our acceptance of the order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or payment issues.

Shipping Time: 3-7 business days after processing.
The total estimated time from order to delivery is typically between 4 and 10 business days.
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders $0.00-$69.99: $12.00 flat rate.

  • Orders $70.00+: Free standard shipping.

6. Returns and Refunds
You may return products within 14 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original, saleable condition.

  • In the original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.

  • In new, unassembled condition with all parts and accessories included.

  • Accompanied by the original order summary or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact info@stoutcasa.shop with your order details to receive a Return Authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
