Refund policy

1. Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your purchase to initiate a return.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in its original, saleable condition.

  • In the original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.

  • In new, unassembled condition with all parts and accessories included.

  • Includes the original order summary or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been assembled, altered, or used.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Products not returned in their original packaging.

4. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@stoutcasa.shop with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed instructions.

  3. Ship your return to the address provided, including the Return Authorization number.

5. Return Shipping & Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for your return.

6. Refunds
After we receive your returned item:

  1. We will inspect it and notify you of the approval status via email.

  2. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stoutcasa.shop.

  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
